The Administrative Support Specialist program prepares students for administrative support roles by providing comprehensive training in various tasks. Students will learn office management, scheduling, communication, and customer service. Students will have the opportunity to obtain certifications in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Office Procedures showcasing their proficiency in these widely used software applications. Upon completion of the program, students will possess the necessary skills to excel as Administrative Support Specialists with additional knowledge in finance, business management, accounting, and business development. |

BPA provides opportunities for students to enhance their personal and leadership qualities through individual and group projects and through skill competitions which are held on local, state, and national levels.
