Career Development Specialist

Accepting applications for a Career Development Specialist. Assist and provide district coordination and convene with relevant partner groups, clients, and students to plan and execute successful career development initiatives and Adult and Career Development training. Assist students with obtaining successful career development, training, and appropriate placement strategies.  Assist with career advisement and transition services for students within the WWTC district.  Must be flexible and adaptable and have qualifications, knowledge, and skills to perform a variety of job duties.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree and 5 years of related experience. Minimum of 3 years of practical work experience working in or associated with public education, vocational training, college, or adult social services programs and/or clients.  Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer application software specific to job responsibilities and duties. Starting wage $58,681 annually. Wage increases with prior experience. Additional benefits include paid health and dental insurance, paid retirement plan, plus other benefits. Administrative Assistant Floater

Accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant Floater. Provide administrative support for program areas, instructors and support services, or serve as an assistant to, or provide administrative support to an administrator. Must be flexible and adaptable and have qualifications and skills to perform a variety of job duties. Responsibilities include covering a position or classroom and/or floating between locations or between departments. Minimum requirements consist of a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency. Associates Degree or two (2) years’ experience working as an Administrative Assistant in education, business and industry or a closely related field is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer application software specific to job responsibilities and duties. Starting wage $15.63 /hour. Hourly wage increases with prior experience. Additional benefits include paid health and dental insurance, paid retirement plan, plus other benefits.
